This Returns Policy is provided by CPAPAU – a division of Plus Medical Pty Ltd (ABN: 17 115 827 417]) and applies to all purchases made via https://cpapau.com.
Our policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, and we’re committed to making returns as easy and transparent as possible.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about a purchase, we offer refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:

The item is returned within 15 days of the original purchase date.

You must provide your original CpapAu or Plus Medical tax invoice or valid proof of purchase.
Assessment of Returns
CPAPAU reserves the right to inspect the item before providing a repair, refund, or exchange. Depending on the condition and age of the item, a return may be refused or handled differently (e.g., via repair).
Refunds

Returns for Online Orders
Despite our best efforts in packaging, sometimes damage can occur in transit. If your item arrives damaged:
